2. Data we process

• Booking an appointment: when you book a slot from the site, Google Calendar asks for your name, your email address and, where applicable, any information you add to help prepare for the conversation.
• Interactions with our team: the information you send us through the contact form, by email or during our meetings (your identity, role, company, professional contact details including your phone number if you provide it, and the content of your request).
• Browsing: the technical data needed to run and secure the site (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), kept in the host's logs. With your consent, audience measurement data (pages viewed, visit duration, traffic source, device) is collected with Google Analytics.

3. Why we process it

• Responding to your requests and organizing our meetings: based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
• Managing our business relationship with professionals: based on our legitimate interest in growing our business.
• Operating and securing the site: based on our legitimate interest.
• Measuring site traffic: only with your consent, collected via the cookie banner.

4. Recipients

Your data is intended for MOBIUSPACK's teams. It may be processed, on our behalf and under our instructions, by our technical service providers: OVH SAS for website hosting, Google for appointment scheduling, email and audience measurement (Google Analytics), and Notion Labs for tracking requests received through the contact form. We do not sell your data.

Some service providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are then governed by the safeguards provided for under the GDPR.

5. Retention period

Data relating to a request or an appointment is kept for as long as needed to process the request, then for the duration of the business relationship. Prospect data is deleted no later than twelve months after their last contact with us.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to object to it, and to its portability. You can withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to tech (at) mobiuspack.com.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (France's data protection authority, www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies
